About Us

Joe has over 39 years experience in modern and traditional yacht rigging. He started at Concordia Boatyard in the late 1960s. In the mid 1970s Joe was head rigger at Mystic Seaport Museum rigging such boats as the L.A. Dutton & Charles W. Morgan. Wanting to get back to more modern rigging, he came back to Concordia Boatyard as head rigger in the early 1980s before branching out on his own. He has worked on boats from beetle cats to the J boat Endeavour, wooden spars, carbon spars, and everything in between.

With his vast experience, Joe is able to devise a system that will work for your individual needs to best suit your boat. As certified installer for many companies, Joe is known for his ability to trouble shoot many rigging problems.
